• My acer laptop computers wifi was giving me problems. I took my computer here. BIG MISTAKE...... Not only were "they" not able to adequately diagnose the true problem, Richard decided it would be a good idea to "upgrade to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 That didn't work so now my data was backed up losing some of course, then format the hard drive and install a fresh Windows 10.
